Nick Lemperis

Coach Nick’s journey with our leadership team is rooted in a deep-seated passion for soccer and a commitment to excellence. Since stepping into the role of Club Manager in 2017, he has become the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring that every aspect of the club runs with precision and professionalism. Nick provides expert guidance across all critical club functions, including league scheduling, local and national tournament coordination, and team training logistics.

Beyond the field, he is instrumental in organizing club events, fundraising initiatives, and providing dedicated support to our coaching staff, players, and families. A lifelong soccer enthusiast with a background in criminal justice, Nick brings a unique perspective on discipline, organization, and community safety to the club. He resides in the Peterson Park neighborhood with his wife and two children – including his son, who is an active player in our program. Coach Nick’s deep roots in the community and his dedication to family values mirror the core philosophy of Lincolnwood Soccer Club: building strong athletes and even stronger citizens.
