Since 2018, Coach Victor has been a cornerstone of our coaching leadership, guiding our U10 and U12 teams with unparalleled dedication, professionalism, and care. His coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of elite competitive experience, having played at both the international and collegiate levels in the United States and abroad. This dual perspective allows him to mentor young athletes through the transition from foundational skills to advanced competitive play. A devoted family man, Coach Victor lives in the Edgewater neighborhood with his wife and two sons. An avid Manchester United fan, his passion for the game extends far beyond the training pitch. When he isn’t coaching, Victor enjoys spending time with his children, listening to music, and staying fit by taking long runs along the Chicago lakeshore. His commitment to a healthy, disciplined lifestyle serves as a powerful example for the young players he leads at Lincolnwood Soccer Club.
